In C.S. Lewis's The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Caspian and his crew go on a voyage exploring "the unknown Eastern Seas beyond the Lone Islands". Venturing out into the Blog World feels a bit like that for me - hence the name...
For this Picture Book, I have chosen a template that allows me to show pictures as big as possible . Some of the things you usually find in the sidebar, you will find at the bottom of the page instead - Blog Archive, Followers etc.
I have only recently begun to explore the possibilities of photo editing software such as Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 (PSP) and Google's Picasa 3. Some basic steps I now often try are cropping, clarifying, sharpening and saturation.
My camera is a Nikon Coolpix 4600. (These pictures of it I found on the internet...)
