Great lillies nice colour and good angles and composition. By the way your Nikon Coolpix does have f stops check your manual you should have an aperture priority setting on your dial. It's usual an A. The S is for shutter speed priority. There will be an auto, portrait, macro and landscape i think, as well as S and A. Most point and clicks have these facilities now. Hope you can find them. regards Kev
@Pictureit: Thanks for your comment. My Coolpix (4600) does not have any A or S on the dial. There is however on one submenu a choice of Exp+/-. I had forgotten about that. I have so far never really experimented with anything that goes beyond just point-and-shoot. I have no tripod and don't like to carry stuff around (no car so always on foot).
Beautiful lilies by the waterfall, the fragrance must be delightful.

The lilies are absolutely beautiful, the orange on white is a color I haven't seen before. Great shots, my favorite is the one of the lilies with the water in the background.
