DawnTreader's Picture Book
For this blog, I have chosen a template that allows me to show pictures as big as possible . Some of the things you usually find in the sidebar, you will find here at the bottom of the page instead - Blog Archive, Followers etc.
My camera is a Nikon Coolpix 4600.
For basic editing of most photos and collages I use Picasa 3.
Sometimes I also experiment with some more "artistic" effects in Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro.

What a lovely picture1 I'm assuming this is perhaps glassblowing? I finally found where to sign up as a follower on here, so now I'm a follower on both blogs.
Ginny, no glassblowing done here (I think!), probably just fixing broken windows and such.

Dawn Treader...I was going to comment on the picture even before I saw the Photoshop Elements 2! Have you used it enough to decide weather or not you like it? The results here are beautiful. I would love to see the inside of the shop.

@Dan - Thanks. I've never been inside, not really the kind of place you go into if you don't actually need a job done. Or maybe you would ;) but I don't! :D
I've not done a whole lot in Photoshop yet but I've tried out some artistic and poster effects. If you go to the Island of the Voices and look up the label Photoshop in the sidebar you will find a few examples of flower pictures where I made use of it.
