In spite of quite a few sunny afternoons, and now rain, there's still too much of it left: snow and ice (by now in many places in town heavily mixed up with gravel). Can't wait to see it all gone, and some spring flowers pushing their way up instead...!

I wish for you bright sunny days and green grass and flowers. I know you are sick of all the ice and snow. how long are your summers? do you have really hot days at any time, like we go up in the 90's here and i don't like extreme heat.
Usually June-August are counted as our summer months but the weather is always unpredictable. Extreme heat does not agree with me either and I also have problems with allergies. So no doubt if we get a hot summer you'll hear me complain about that instead of the cold. ;)
I always have trouble with the Farenheit degrees, have to look it up every time! It happens that we hit 90F. I don't really function well if the temperature indoors as well goes up above 80F. But the heat can also feel different depending on whether it is humid or dry. Some rainy periods on the other hand can be quite chilly which is no fun either.
Remains to be seen what I'll be complaining about this summer! ;)
