We thought this tree looked like it might belong in a fantasy tale…
“My name is growing all the time, and I've lived a very long, long time; so my name is like a story. Real names tell you the story of the things they belong to in my language, in the Old Entish as you might say. It is a lovely language, but it takes a very long time to say anything in it, because we do not say anything in it, unless it is worth taking a long time to say, and to listen to.”

Yes, this tree looks so old it seems like it's barely hanging on. It does remind me of something in a fairy tale!! It looks like there's a bird nesting box on it. Is it still alive? I would like to see the rest of it up higher, also.
Ginny, the tree doesn't go much higher, as far as I remember the branches at the top were like the ones you see on the left and right. I think there is some life in it still.
Spectacular! LOVE it! wonderful, beautiful, special, I think you can tell how much I like this photo.
