DawnTreader's Picture Book
For this blog, I have chosen a template that allows me to show pictures as big as possible . Some of the things you usually find in the sidebar, you will find here at the bottom of the page instead - Blog Archive, Followers etc.
My camera is a Nikon Coolpix 4600.
For basic editing of most photos and collages I use Picasa 3.
Sometimes I also experiment with some more "artistic" effects in Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro.

What great, colorful photos! And I love the building, as well! What was the occasion?
beautiful and colorful uniforms. love the setting also. gorgeous!!
Ooops, I forgot to add a note about the occasion. It was a Military Music Day; and also the first weekend of the sculpture festival. There were at least three different orchestras performing but I only watched this one. These guys and girls are from Gothenburg (our second largest city). The building in the background is our Town Hall (still serving as court house).
your photos tell the story perfectly, i can almost hear the band playing and see them marching. the colors are fantastic, you did an amazing job on capturing the whole thing. no words needed.
